FemmAI is an online education platform for women who want to find their place in the AI era. We are operated by FemmAI (Pty) Ltd, based in South Africa. When this policy says "FemmAI", "we", "us", or "our", it means us.

This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use femmai.com, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We take your privacy seriously and will never sell your data.

Information you give us directly

• Your email address, when you submit your quiz results or sign up for the newsletter.
• Your answers to the "Find My AI Opportunity" quiz: five short open-ended responses about your interests and goals.
• Your name and payment details, when you purchase a course or membership. Payment is processed by our payment provider and your card details are never stored on our servers.

Information collected automatically

• Basic usage data such as pages visited and time spent, collected to understand how the site is used and improve it.
• Technical information such as your browser type, device type, and IP address.

• To send you your personalised AI opportunity results by email.
• To send you our newsletter and updates about FemmAI, if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
• To process your course or membership purchase and provide you with access.
• To improve the site and our products based on how people use them.
• To respond to your questions or support requests.

We do not use your quiz answers for any purpose other than generating your personalised result and sending it to you.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with third-party service providers who help us run FemmAI, such as our email delivery service and payment processor. These providers are contractually required to keep your information secure and may not use it for their own purposes.

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of FemmAI or others.

We keep your email address and associated data for as long as you remain on our mailing list or have an active account. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we will remove it within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records (such as purchase records for tax purposes, which we keep for five years).
